Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer under normal circumstances. However, customers may request a return or exchange if the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
NooreaBD does not offer exchange or return under normal conditions.
Conditional exchange or return is available if reported within 72 hours of delivery and only in the following cases:
The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Incorrect size was provided.
Product inspection in the presence of the delivery person revealed issues immediately.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items that are washed, stitched, altered, damaged, or purchased under special discounts/sale sections are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are also applicable in cases where the transaction amount was deducted but the order failed.
Non-Eligibility
Products purchased under special discounts, favor-based offers, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Unstitched products that have been stitched by the customer are not eligible.
NooreaBD is not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, shrinking, or fading of colors.
