Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer under normal circumstances. However, customers may request a return or exchange if the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • NooreaBD does not offer exchange or return under normal conditions.

  • Conditional exchange or return is available if reported within 72 hours of delivery and only in the following cases:

    • The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

    • Incorrect size was provided.

    • Product inspection in the presence of the delivery person revealed issues immediately.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items that are washed, stitched, altered, damaged, or purchased under special discounts/sale sections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed if:

    • A replacement or exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.

    • The customer is not satisfied with the exchange option offered.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are also applicable in cases where the transaction amount was deducted but the order failed.

Non-Eligibility

  • Products purchased under special discounts, favor-based offers, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Unstitched products that have been stitched by the customer are not eligible.

  • NooreaBD is not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, shrinking, or fading of colors.
